Alex Nordquist is an experienced DEI practitioner, Certified Human Resources professional, and Culture strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the eComm, tech, non-profit, and academic sectors. She is passionate about disrupting harmful systems, creating and facilitating spaces and opportunities for individuals to explore their intersectional identities, and empowering individuals to advocate for their psychological safety in professional settings. When she is not working to promote a more equitable professional landscape, she is tending to her native plant garden, enjoying a nature walk with friends, or trying out a new recipe with her partner.
